The successful candidate will manage day-to-day financial operations, prepare financial reports, ensure compliance with regulations, and supervise the accounting team. This office-based position offers an annual salary between £45K - £50K, requiring strong skills in financial operations management and a proven track record in budgeting and forecasting.

Finance Manager - Social Housing

Between £45K - £50K Annual Salary
- Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise and guide the accounting team to maintain high performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise cost control and profitability.
- Drive process improvements within the finance function
- Production of high-quality management accounts with commentary
- Preparation of statutory information and reporting to relevant standards
- Play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of a range of ongoing accounting projects
- Act a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and customers
- Assist with year-end and audit procedures
