• Leading clinics and delivering outstanding patient care
• Using the latest testing technology to assess eye health and provide expert advice

• Offering clinical support to colleagues on the shop floor
• Collaborating with external healthcare professionals
• Keeping your clinical knowledge up to date and sharing it with others
• Playing a key role in your store’s leadership team, bringing energy and insight to every shift

• We’re looking for Optometrists who are confident, compassionate, and always focused on doing the right thing for patients.
• GOC registered (or expecting to be within 6 months)
• NHS performer number (or working towards it)
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• A genuine interest in patient care and team collaboration

• Experience supporting enhanced services
• A strong understanding of local clinical networks

We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Optometrist to join us on a Resident basis based out of our Hastings Kings Walk practice at Boots Opticians, ideally on a full‑time basis, but we would be open to part‑time too. Transport links are from Waterloo east/Charing Cross/London Bridge or via Ashford International. We also have a direct train to Brighton. We are a really nice store inside Boots UK store which is situated inside a modern shopping centre. The surrounding area includes the South Downs National Park and the lovely coast.
