A leading pharmacy chain in the UK is looking for an Assistant Business Partner to support the Customer Complaints revenue. This role involves delivering recognition schemes, maintaining SharePoint communications, and resolving pay queries, among other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft products, and a commitment to team success. Supplier Charging and Admin sits within the CSC Business Partner and Insights team and supports the call centre with driving Customer Complaints revenue for the business and undertaking certain aspects of admin work to support the call centre. The job holder will report directly to the CSC Business Partner for Supplier Charging and Admin and work alongside another Assistant Business Partner.
