A leading entertainment provider in Birmingham is seeking a hardworking Junior Sous Chef to join their team on a full-time basis. This role involves ensuring kitchen efficiency, menu development, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience at Chef de Partie level or above, possess strong team management skills, and be able to thrive in a pressured environment.
