Visual Merchandiser (Southern Region – Field Based) - 12 Month FTC

Location: Southern Region (Field-Based)

Are you passionate about visual design and creating compelling in-store experiences? We're looking for a dynamic and detail-focused Visual Merchandiser to help elevate our brand presence across retail locations in the Southern UK region. This could be perfect for somebody looking to take their Luxury experience away from the shop floor in to a more Head Office based position.

What You’ll Do:

• Implement visual merchandising standards across stores and online platforms.
• Maximise product visibility and presentation to support sales goals.
• Develop creative and practical merchandising solutions.
• Support store installations, refurbishments, and visual rollouts.
• Monitor competitor activity, stock levels, and brand consistency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and partners.
• Present new product launches and manage in-store displays and stock rotation.
• Participate in marketing activities, retail events, and store openings.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in a visual merchandising role within the retail sector.
• Strong eye for detail and creative flair.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong planning and reporting abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and travelling within the region.
• Proficient with IT tools and digital platforms.
