OVERVIEW

Are you a visionary designer with a passion for leading creative teams and delivering impactful marketing campaigns? The Celtic Collection is seeking a Senior Graphic & Marketing Designer to join our dynamic Marketing Department and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across multiple venues, including ICC Wales.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead the design function across the Celtic Collection and ICC Wales, managing both in-house and freelance designers. You’ll be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, overseeing multiple projects, and ensuring all marketing materials meet brand standards and campaign objectives.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, support strategic marketing initiatives, and drive creative excellence across digital, print, and event collateral.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage the design team, delegating briefs and overseeing workloads.
  • Develop and implement creative design solutions for marketing campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency while evolving visual identity in line with business growth.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and project delivery across multiple concurrent briefs.
  • Support digital strategy including website content, email campaigns, and social media assets.
  • Liaise with photographers, printers, and agencies to produce compelling visual content.
  • Contribute to team development, training, and departmental innovation.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, proofreading, and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
