Tool Setter: Day Shift, Temp-to-Perm – Cradley Heath
Job summary
A reputable manufacturing company in Cradley Heath is seeking an experienced Tool Setter to join their production team. The role offers a starting pay rate of £14 per hour with stable hours from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The ideal applicant should have experience in a similar role, the ability to read technical drawings, and a proactive work ethic. Immediate applications are encouraged.

- Previous experience as a Tool Setter within a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities
- Setting and preparing tooling on manufacturing machinery.
- Ensuring tools are set accurately and efficiently.
- Carrying out tool changes during production runs.
- Working closely with production and quality teams.
- Following health & safety procedures.
