Mechanical Project Engineer– Water Non-Infrastructure Projects – Thames Valley / Berkshire / Oxfordshire + Some remote / hybrid working.
Opportunity for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join one of the UK's most successful Tier 1 building & civil engineering main contractors, with a very stable and fast growing forward order book working on a long term water framework.
Ideal opportunity for long term local work on Thames Valley region projects.
ROLE:
The Mechanical Project Engineer will be responsible for the deliverables of projects on the schemes awarded under the Client Framework Agreements for Thames Water. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with experience of working alongside Project Managers to deliver schemes on time and on budget. A background in Mechanical and/or Civil projects is essential.

To be considered for this Mechanical Project Engineer role you must meet the following criteria:
-Possess relevant CSCS card.
-SMSTS Qualification, SSSTS Minimum.
-Relevant industry qualification preferred, e.g, ONC, HNC
-Technical knowledge of Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Water & Waste Water Operations.
-Industry experience in a similar role.
-Experience of both pre-production and productionmechanicalproject engineering desirable.
-Has an appreciation of MMC, Lean Construction, Agile Programme Management, ProductionThinkingand other techniques that assure programme,costand quality performance.
-First Aid at work.
