A leading technology company is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to work remotely in the UK. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who is ideally SC and PES cleared if not you must be able to obtain it. You will be responsible for incident and request fulfilment as well as supporting key technologies such as Microsoft 365 Active Directory MCM and Azure / AWS. You will have a passion for technology be a confident communicator possessing drive and commitment to deliver an excellent service whilst supporting your team.

As a Technical Support Engineer you will contribute to this by providing a first-class service to the customer meeting their SLA requirements whilst maintaining trust driving continuous service improvement to benefit the end user.
The role involves working remotely from home where you will join an existing out-of-hour team of technical specialists to deliver a high-quality service to several customers including Home Office SSCL NatWest Group plus others. You will work closely with Service Delivery Project Managers and other technical teams to ensure that key services are monitored and maintained. You will collaborate with your team to provide a first-class service to the customer meeting SLA requirements and when required the completion of key projects.
