We are recruiting an experienced Property & Lettings Manager to take ownership of a growing residential property portfolio alongside the operational oversight of a London-based hotel.
This is a hands‑on, varied role suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing tenants, compliance, maintenance, and financial administration across multiple sites.
Reporting into Senior Management / Group Director, you will be responsible for the smooth day‑to‑day running of residential properties and hotel operations, ensuring legal compliance, high standards, and excellent tenant and stakeholder relationships.
- Managing online letting portals, listings, and viewings
- Conducting property inspections and preparing properties for new tenancies
- Drafting, issuing, and managing tenancy agreements and renewals
- Ensuring full compliance (Gas Safety, EICR, PAT, HMO, licensing, etc.)
- Managing tenant onboarding, move‑ins, and move‑outs
- Handling deposits, DPS registrations, and disputes
- Monitoring rent payments and chasing arrears
- Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and contractor management
- Managing safety certifications and remedial works...
