• Acting as the technical expert and key point of contact for customers.
• Troubleshooting application issues.
• Lending your expertise to product development from both an NPI / NPD and CI perspective.
• Collaborating with engineering, product, and sales teams to improve services.

• Degree-qualified in Engineering Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in an Applications Engineer, Technical Support, or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
