The Balmer Lawn Hotel is a 4-star country house hotel located in the heart of the New Forest National Park in Hampshire. The hotel has been frequented by notable figures throughout history and has undergone extensive refurbishment to maintain its status as the best Four Star Hotel in the New Forest.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in the new forest. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the hotel's facilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance and repair work
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and basic plumbing
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is a plus
- Relevant certifications or vocational training in maintenance or related field
