A leading supported living charity is seeking a Deputy Support Manager in the Evesham area. You will mentor a staff team, provide direct support, and manage rotas and audits. Qualifications

Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability.

This provider has an opportunity for a candidate with supervisory experience in the care or support sector to join them as a Deputy Support Manager for their service in the Evesham area.

The Deputy Support Manager in Evesham will:

  • Mentor an existing and established staff team.
  • Provide direct support to individuals with a Learning Disability.
  • Rota management.
  • Audits.
  • Supervisions and appraisals.
  • Deputise for the Support Manager in their absence.

The Deputy Support Manager in Evesham will need:

  • Experience of working with individuals with a Learning Disability.
  • Level 3 Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.
  • Experience of supervising care/support staff.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and care regulations.
  • Good communication and IT skills.
