A leading educational institution in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Progress Coach responsible for supporting students with their educational journey. The role involves monitoring attendance, providing guidance, and assisting with various challenges faced by students. The ideal candidate will be empathetic and possess excellent communication skills. This full-time position, fixed term until July 2026, offers a salary range of £21,423.60 to £22,836.29 per annum, contributing to a supportive learning environment.
Progress Coaches are responsible for a case load of students and work with young people in group settings, smaller tutorials, and individual one-to-one supervisory meetings. They check and monitor student attendance, liaise with teaching and support staff, and provide essential guidance. As a Progress Coach, you will have direct contact with students, their families, and other stakeholders, offering support with financial, academic, social and emotional challenges that may be of significance to the progress of the student. You will play a crucial role in helping students to overcome obstacles, maintain full attendance, and maximise their learning opportunities.
Fixed term until 15th July 2026. Full time – 37 hours per week/term time only.
Salary: £21,423.60 to £22,836.29 per annum (equivalent to £25,159 – £26,818 FTE).
