Qualifications

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification through experience.

Responsibilities

  • Advise staff on HR matters and policy processes.
  • Manage complex staff relations casework and liaise with legal representatives.
  • Support HR manager with tenders and TUPE projects.
  • Line manage team members and develop HR protocols.
