We are a leading food manufacturing company, currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work a Permanent 4 on 4 off Days Shift in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £47,000, a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to develop your career in a fast‑moving, consumer‑goods manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will:
- Execute regular maintenance, repair and breakdown duties on a wide range of consumer goods equipment.
- Participate actively in plant projects, upgrades and improvement initiatives.
- Work effectively within a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, ensuring minimal downtime and maximal production continuity.
- Electrical qualification (3‑Phase electricity)
- Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Experience with PLC fault‑finding.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Strong teamwork, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Competitive salary of £47,000 basic.
