Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff.
• Strong experience in food production, food handling, and visual presentation of food.
• 2 years of experience in a similar chef/manager position.

Responsibilities

• Manage the catering operations for events at Bath Racecourse.
• Work closely with the Executive Director and other team members.
• Ensure the delivery of raceday events to a high standard.
