In the role of People & Performance Lead UK & Ireland, you’ll be integral to the success of our UK business. You’ll partner closely with leaders and teams to drive performance, strengthen capability, and deliver impactful people strategies aligned to business goals. From leading employee relations and organisational change, to shaping engagement, performance management, reward processes and people metrics, your work will directly influence culture, retention and long-term success across our Wyke site and wider business.

Could This Be You?
We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded HR leader with a strong track record of partnering with the business to deliver real people impact. You’ll bring solid employee relations expertise, experience of organisational change, and the credibility to coach and influence leaders at all levels. A CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience), strong analytical capability, and the ability to balance business priorities with employee advocacy will be essential to succeed in this role.
