The role is newly created to manage a significant spend within a business-critical category.

In this role, you will manage the complex protein category across multiple sites, working closely with individual sites, suppliers, and customers to enhance financial performance, mitigate risks, and foster supplier-led innovation. Candidates should have a strong understanding of and experience in buying raw protein (meat and fish products), along with collaborative experience with key stakeholders in a complex business environment.

Applicants must be CIP qualified and possess substantial procurement experience in a food manufacturing setting. In-depth knowledge of protein is essential.
