A market-leading company in the UK seeks an experienced Sales Manager to oversee all sales activities aimed at driving growth in speciality vinyl polymers. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a technical discipline and a strong track record in leading sales teams and developing relationships. This role involves devising sales plans, motivating direct reports, and collaborating across the business for effective outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an internationally experienced, commercially strong, Sales Manager to join a highly regarded, market-leading company. The company has ambitious plans for significant growth of their speciality vinyl polymers (SVP) through increased market and customer penetration, building stronger relationships, and a relentless commercial approach.
Reporting to the Business Director, SVP, the appointee will be fully accountable for managing all sales activities to deliver budgeted sales volume and gross margin. Responsibilities include devising and implementing sales plans to grow sales, developing, motivating, and leading direct reports to ensure effective delivery of customer needs.
Candidates should demonstrate drive, tenacity, presence, and strong financial awareness, coupled with exemplary communication, data management, and presentation skills.
