A growing fintech company in Camden Town is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing strategies and drive digital growth. In this role, you’ll manage paid channels, build CRM journeys, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Meta and Google advertising platforms.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in growth/performance/CRM marketing roles, ideally in fintech or consumer tech.
• Fluent in analysing campaign performance and funnel data.
• Deep understanding of ad platforms and lifecycle marketing strategy.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of paid acquisition channels and media strategy.
• Build and optimise growth funnels from traffic to converted members.
• Explore and test new acquisition and lead nurturing channels.
• Design dashboards to measure channel performance and impact.
• Collaborate with designers on campaign creatives.
• Coordinate with various teams for campaign accuracy and compliance.
• Support outreach for new partnerships.
