FIA Tech works in close partnership with the broader industry, including exchanges, clearinghouses, clearing firms and other intermediaries, as well as independent software vendors, buyside firms and end users to bring efficiency to the exchange traded and cleared derivatives industry.

What you’ll do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and senior leaders
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel or logistics
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure key records are kept up to date
  • Support budget tracking, expense processing, and supplier coordination
  • Assist with planning and delivering internal and external events such as meetings, conferences, or client functions
  • Liaise with venues, caterers, and vendors to manage event logistics and materials
  • Help with ad-hoc projects, ensuring smooth communication across teams

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role within technology, fintech, or financial services is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other collaboration tools
  • Able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure
  • Event planning or coordination experience is an advantage
  • A proactive approach with a strong sense of initiative
