Location: Flexible working with travel twice a month to the Dorset office

Salary: 73,000 - 78,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

Are you a strategic finance leader ready to make a real impact? We're looking for a dynamic Finance Head of Property Services to lead the financial performance of our clients 155m maintenance division. This is a high-profile role at the heart of the organisation, where your expertise will shape the future of property services and drive operational excellence.

About the Role:

As a key member of the senior finance team, you'll lead a talented group of Senior and Assistant Management Accountants. You'll be responsible for:

• Delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Partnering with operational directors and senior stakeholders to translate financial data into strategic decisions.
• Leading the integration of new acquisitions and driving continuous improvement across processes and systems.
• Managing the end-to-end statutory audit process and supporting group-wide financial planning.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also a natural leader and collaborator. You'll need:

• A recognised accountancy qualification (CCAB) with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in management accounts, business partnering, and team leadership.
• A track record of driving change, improving processes, and influencing at senior levels.
• Strong commercial acumen and expert-level Excel skills.
• Experience in the housing or maintenance sector is a bonus!
