The company is now seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a key role in unlocking this next chapter.
The Opportunity
As CFO, you will join the Executive Leadership Team and Board, working closely with the CEO to drive financial strategy and enhance shareholder value. You will be responsible for the financial stewardship of the business, leading planning and analysis, corporate governance, investor relations, risk management, and control environments in a dynamic, listed company setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and Board to define and deliver long-term strategic plans.
- Lead robust financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure high-quality reporting and compliance in line with IFRS and AIM regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a solid financial control environment with a "no surprises" culture.
- Manage investor relations and communications, acting as a trusted voice with the market, shareholders, and analysts.
- Oversee treasury, tax, risk, and capital structure strategy.
- Drive governance, audit, and ESG financial reporting.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team and drive excellence across finance, supply chain and real-estate
Your ProfileWe are looking for a forward-thinking finance leader with:
- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a listed or PE-backed business.
- A strong background in retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing sectors.
- ACA (preferred), ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Deep expertise in corporate governance, capital markets, M&A, and investor relations.
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at Board level.
- A commercial mindset with a passion for driving business performance.
Preferred Attributes- Experience in fast-paced, multi-site operations.
- Success in scaling finance functions to support international expansion.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability performance metrics.
