Synchronicity Financial Services are working with a leading wealth manager to recruit an experienced Financial Planner to join their Exeter office.
As a result of retiring Partners, our client is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious, experienced Financial Planner to help support the continued growth of the business in the region and will offer a clear progression path and a route to equity.
You will have 4+ years financial planning experience and either a likely client following of at least £30mAUM, post restrictive covenants, or established introducer relationships that you can bring with you. There are already many new business avenues in place for you to benefit from also, as well as full paraplanning, admin and marketing support. This role can be offered at Associate Director, Director, or Partner level. There is no man-management responsibilities, but the opportunity to lead a team in the future as a player/manager is definitely possible.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis with typically 3 days a week in the office. Salary advertised is a guide of the base, there is a bonus scheme and a good benefits package on top. For someone with a good client bank to bring, they will also offer a bespoke package linked to assets transferred in the first few years which can be very lucrative.
