A high-growth owner-managed business in the United Kingdom is seeking a Finance Director to take ownership of all financial matters. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with experience in construction or related sectors, capable of leading finance operations and providing strategic insights. Responsibilities include forecasting, financial reporting, and team leadership. This role is vital for driving improved financial performance within the business.
We are working in partnership with a high‑growth, owner‑managed business who are looking for someone to take ownership of all financial and accounting matters within the business. With an income level of £30M+ we are looking for someone with experience gained in an SME scale business. Ideally you would have a background in Civil Engineering, Construction, Engineering or other related sectors.
In this role you will own Finance Operations, Payroll, Management Accounting, Annual Accounting, Forecasting, Financial Planning, Analysis and Finance Business Partnering. We are looking for an all‑rounder who will deliver this via a team of direct reports.
