Qualifications

• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail is preferred.
• Confident with numbers and able to explain financial data clearly and concisely to non-finance teams.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on getting things done.
• Understands business strategy and how finance supports it with commercial acumen.
• Builds strong relationships and can influence others effectively.
• Comfortable solving problems in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Brand Director and Senior Managers to guide strategic decisions.
• Deliver clear analysis of budgets, forecasts and prior year comparisons.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities early.
• Support budget cycles and rolling forecasts.
• Evaluate and challenge innovation investments.
• Drive simplification and clarity in finance processes.
• Build financial capability across brand and finance teams.
• Provide ad-hoc support to senior finance leadership.
