A leading beauty retailer in London is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting and controls. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a financial role and is ACA or CIMA qualified. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with standards. As the Finance Manager you will be a subject matter expert in technical financial accounting and support the Senior financial account to deliver all financial reporting services for the UK omni business. You will take the lead in accounting for more technical elements of the P&L and Balance sheet and work to ensure that appropriate financial controls and processes are operating across the business to protect both financial performance and the balance sheet. You will demonstrate financial curiosity to help analyse performance and ensure that reporting is accurate and representative of actual performance. This 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) is an exciting opportunity to support key projects and contribute to our continued business growth. Based in London, this role requires occasional travel to our Northampton office to collaborate directly with members of our wider finance team.
