Job summary
A leading property investment firm in London is looking for a Senior Property Investment Consultant to manage client relationships and facilitate property sales. This hybrid role offers a competitive basic salary of £35K-£40K plus a commission structure that can lead to £80,000 OTE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the property sales sector, preferably in off-plan investments, and excellent negotiation skills.

- Proven experience in property sales, especially off-plan investment sales.
- Ability to qualify and manage client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Qualify new warm leads for property investment.
- Negotiate sales of residential properties.
- Conduct viewings and convert them to offers.
Skills
Hybrid Working • 15% commission
As a Senior Property Investment Consultant, you will qualify new clients, manage existing clients, understand their criteria, and match their criteria with one of our listed properties with the goal of generating sales. You will also work with property investors, understand their investment trends, and identify the best high-yield properties within our portfolio to offer them.

- Conduct viewings of residential property to prospective buyers
- Convert viewings to offers
- Conduct over the phone sales for international buyers
- Meet agreed performance and sales targets
- Work with the UK's leading property developers
- Experience in the Property Sales Sector
- Ideally in Off-Plan Investment Sales
- Other experience considered
£35K-£40K basic + Commission (£80,000 OTE if average 2 deals a month). 15% Commission.
