Finance Manager - Temp - Rotherham - up to £44,000
Chase & Holland are working closely with a dynamic, rapidly growing business who are looking for a Finance Manager on a temporary basis to support during a busy period. As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the finance function, ensuring adequate controls are in place.

- Produce monthly financial forecast update pack for Head Office
- Produce year end reports, ensuring accurate and transparent reporting
- Carrying out all AP and AR duties and prepare payment schedule for GM
- Producing management accounts, advising GM any variances
- Forecast cash flow position whilst ensuring sufficient funds are available
- Maintain balance sheet and ensure it is reconciled
- Ensure purchase order process is followed and adhered to
- Manage Annual Statement of Accounts, reporting on all performance
- Ensure that the company complies with the International Financial Reporting Standards
- Dealing with Corporation Tax, VAT, Employer's NI contributions
- Liaising with third party auditors to support with end of year stock count
- Advise business of any financial risks attached to initiatives, i.e. poor credit history, exchange rates or extended account terms taken without permission
- Experience in a similar role
- Recent use and proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
- Commercial and business acumen
- Problem solving skills - identify issues and present solutions
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, methodical and investigative approach
- Team player who will work with others to achieve company goals
