Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring, customer obsessed people, and we’re looking for a Head of Finance to ensure accurate financial records, strong controls, timely transactions, high-quality financial reporting, and effective cash flow management to support sustainable growth.

• Shape the company’s financial strategy to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
• Provide timely, high-quality financial insight that informs critical business decisions at the board and executive level.
• Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team to deliver excellence across operations, reporting, and controls.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with investors, banks, regulators, auditors, and key partners.
• Oversee capital management, cash flow optimisation, and risk mitigation to protect and grow organisational assets.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in financial strategy and operational leadership.
• Able to translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for executive teams and the board.
• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes, optimise capital efficiency, and deliver measurable financial results.
• Skilled at mentoring and motivating finance professionals to deliver operational excellence and strategic impact.
• Comfortable leading through ambiguity, high growth, and change while maintaining rigor and accountability.
