A leading digital preservation technology firm in Abingdon is seeking a Financial Accountant to manage their UK and USA accounts systems. Ideal candidates will have at least 2-3 years of financial experience, be AAT qualified, and possess advanced MS Office skills. Responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with management accounts, and payroll. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with the potential for extension beyond April 2026.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, as a Financial Accountant you will be at the centre of our companies activities, facilitating the smooth running of our UK and USA Accounts systems. Your duties will cover both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities and extend to assisting with monthly management accounts, payroll and credit control. You should be qualified to AAT and ideally working your way to Professional Accounting qualifications.

This will be a Full‑Time Fixed Term Contract running to the end of April 2026. The role is based at our office in Abingdon. Working under a fixed‑term contract, you will receive a competitive salary and pro‑rated benefits package. This role will be reviewed at the end of April with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent depending on business needs at the time.
