Our product, RED™, built on a proprietary pricing engine that bypasses the wholesale market, enables businesses to buy the energy produced by renewable generators directly. Do you want to work on one of the biggest problems of our time – how we make energy systems transparent, affordable, and powered by renewables? Energy data underpins everything we do at tem, from pricing intelligence to customer success, and we’re building a team that can turn raw numbers into powerful decisions.
We’re looking for a Staff Data Analyst to become the voice of data across tem, acting in a principle capacity without being weighed down by management. This is a pivotal role: you’ll partner with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to unlock insights, define metrics, and standardise how data drives decision‑making. From analysing feature impact, to sizing new commercial opportunities, to understanding churn and broker performance, your work will shape the future of our product and business.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, storytelling, and strategy – you’ll pair technical depth with creativity and influence, ensuring data becomes a true competitive advantage for tem.
