I am currently recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing organisation who are looking for an Accounts Assistant in the Accrington area, this position will be working full time (37.5 hours) on a permanent basis. The responsibilities for this role will be as follows:
- Maintenance of the sales ledger
- Credit control duties, including dealing with queries
- Assisting with month end requirements (cut off, rebate accrual etc.)
- Posting & allocating receipts and reconciling monthly bank
- Petty cash/credit card
- Ad-hoc duties as required
