Our advice’s quality stems from understanding clients deeply and building long-term relationships. You’ll work proactively and collaboratively with senior management and partners, identifying opportunities for service enhancement.

Our Corporate M&A Tax team handles clients from startups to global corporations, offering services like tax strategy, governance, technology, diligence, and structuring, providing daily variety.

We support your growth through strong relationships and a supportive team environment.

We seek someone with:

• Deep, current tax knowledge and ability to handle complex issues
• Knowledge of tax accounting and audit
• Project and staff management experience
• Experience engaging with senior management
• CTA and/or ACA qualification or equivalent
• Ability to develop professional relationships and adapt communication
• Understanding of risks related to quality control
• Willingness to participate in special assignments
• Leadership skills for supervising less experienced colleagues
