A leading tax advisory firm is seeking a Tax Assistant Manager (Share Schemes) in Leeds City Centre with flexible/hybrid working options. In this role, you will assist clients with designing and implementing share and cash incentive arrangements, ensuring compliance with tax and legal obligations. The ideal candidate will have experience in incentive plan consulting and excellent communication skills. The position offers a salary range of £40,000 to £50,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting on UK and/or Global Incentive Plans.
• Ability to prioritise workload with a flexible approach.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Advise on structure and design of employee equity and cash incentive plans.
• Support implementation of incentive plans in the UK and globally.
• Advise on tax implications for employers and employees.
