Due to ongoing growth, they are now seeking a proactive and motivatedJunior Maintenance Managerto join their team inSittingbourne.

Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a background insprinklers or general fire protection maintenanceto step into a leadership position. The successful applicant willsupport and oversee engineers and admin staff, prepare quotations, liaise with clients, and help manage the day-to-day operation of maintenance contracts and remedial works.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team ofmaintenance engineers and administrative staff.
  
  
  




• Prepare and issuequotations for remedial worksandongoing service contracts.
  
  
  




• 
  Attend client meetingswhen required, representing the business in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
  
  
  




• Visit sites and support engineersoccasionally in the fieldto ensure service quality and project delivery.
  
  
  




• Assist with scheduling, tracking, and reporting on active maintenance and service contracts.
  
  
  




• Ensure compliance with relevant fire safety and maintenance regulations.
  
  
  




• Help maintain smooth office operations using software tools and systems.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience infire sprinkler systemsor amaintenance background(highly desirable).
  
  
  




• Strongoffice administrationandIT skills, including MS Office.
  
  
  




• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  
  
  




• Ability to work both in anoffice-basedandsite-basedenvironment.
  
  
  




• Full UK driving licence.
  
  
  




• Willingness to learn and grow into a more senior leadership role.
