Job summary

A leading industrial recruitment agency is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a temporary to permanent position at a large industrial processing site in Coatbridge. The role involves planned preventative and electrical maintenance on various plant machinery. The ideal candidate should have NVQ Level 3 and experience in a heavy industrial setting. The work schedule is 4 on 4 off days and nights.

Qualifications

• Experience in a heavy industrial setting (Concrete, Steel, Bulk Handling, Processing, or Recycling).
• AC/DC electrical maintenance and 3-phase maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance on plant machinery including overhead cranes and processing machinery.
• Conduct installation and project work.
• Work at heights and adhere to strict site health and safety regulations.

Job description

We're recruiting on behalf of a large industrial processing site in the Airdrie area. This role is working on a temporary to permanent basis and is working for one of the area's most desirable to work for businesses. Essentials

• NVQ Level 3 (Apprentice Trained).
• Experienced in a heavy industrial setting (Concrete, Steel, Bulk Handling, Processing or Recycling).

The Role

• Planned preventative maintenance.
• Electrical maintenance of all plant machinery including Overhead cranes, processing machinery, roller conveyors and stacking machines.
• AC/DC electrical maintenance / 3 phase maintenance.
• Installation / Project Work.
• Working at heights.
• Adhere to strict site H&S.
• Would suit: Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Crane Service Engineer, Electrical Technician, Electrical Maintenance Technician or Industrial Electrical Maintenance.

This is working 4 on 4 off days and nights 7 until 7. You will work on a temporary to permanent contract.
