A highly regarded Partnerships Developer and Contractor urgently require a Materials Buyer.
The role will be to buy materials for ground works packages, housing internals and externals and to maintain and keep running an active and up to date materials supplier list.
The company are a long established JV Partnerships Contractor / Developer and have successfully built a solid business for the last 30 plus years.
The ideal candidate will have experience of materials buying for a contractor or developer and be familiar with maintaining and adding suppliers to the material matrix.
