We're seeking a confident and commercially minded Senior Buyer to join our growing client in Andover. You will take full ownership of supplier relationships and commodity areas. To thrive in this role, you'll bring a strong mix of technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and interpersonal skills.

Job Details
  • Role: Senior Buyer
  • Type: Permanent
  • Salary: Up to £55,000
  • Working hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00-16:45, Fri 8:00-13:00
  • Location: Andover
Responsibilities
  • Lead supplier negotiations and contract implementation
  • Manage supplier performance, risk, and cost-reduction initiatives
  • Support new product development and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams
  • Handle supplier audits, PPAP, and quality-related problem-solving
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
