Guest Services Attendant – 12-Month Contract
Job summary
A local council in West Bromwich is offering a 12-month fixed-term contract for a customer service role. The position involves assisting with the daily operations of the Gift Shop and Reception at Forge Mill Farm. Responsibilities include engaging with visitors, handling bookings, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Applicants should have GCSEs in Maths and English and be customer-focused with excellent communication skills. Weekend and evening work will be required as part of the rota.
