A leading estate management firm is seeking a Planner to schedule operatives and manage property repair jobs efficiently. This role requires excellent organisational and IT skills, along with experience in similar duties. The Planner will communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely repairs while adhering to health and safety regulations. The position is full-time, offering an annual salary of £29,500 based in Hastings. Benefits include annual leave, pension, and perks through Mears Rewards.

Hours: 42.5 hours Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
MPS has been caring for residents’ homes for over 25 years. As part of the Mears Group, we offer partnership solutions and expertise in estate management and property maintenance.
Delivering a range of property services, including reactive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance services to over 100 local authorities and housing providers nationwide including, Orbit: one of the largest housing providers in the midlands, east Anglia and the southeast.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
