Job Title: General Counsel – Pre-IPO Hospitality Payments Tech Unicorn

As a unicorn in the tech space valued at $1.2b, they are reshaping the hospitality industry's payment ecosystem with cutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience. With ambitious goals and a dynamic team, they seek a seasoned legal leader to guide them through this pivotal phase of their journey.

The Opportunity: As General Counsel, you will serve as a critical member of the executive leadership team, responsible for managing all legal and compliance matters as they navigate the IPO process and beyond. Your expertise will ensure the company is positioned for long-term success in the public markets, while safeguarding the values and driving strategic initiatives.

Experience, Background & Skills:

1. JD or law degree equivalent from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice in and in good standing in the US or Europe.
3. Previous General Counsel experience at a pre-IPO or public tech company is essential.
4. Experience managing and building out the legal and compliance functions at a fast-growing, international company.
5. Fintech experience would be a plus.

Compensation: Up to 350,000 USD base plus bonus and equity, equivalent in Europe.
