A local housing organization in Greater Lincolnshire is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive to drive strategic transformation and enhance community impact. The successful candidate will serve as a true advocate for social purpose, inspiring the team and leading initiatives that prioritize customer needs. Reporting to the Chair, the Chief Executive is responsible to the Board for the vision, strategic direction, culture, effective leadership, development and performance of LHP against its strategic objectives.
