Job summary

A leading UK financial services provider is seeking a Risk Management professional to own governance and planning within the Risk Management function. You will support the executive committee with risk reporting, coordinate the annual ICARA cycle, and ensure adherence to Risk & Compliance policies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Risk Management and excellent communication skills, working in a flexible environment that encourages diversity and inclusion. The position is based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Risk, Compliance or Audit roles within Financial Services.
• Knowledge and experience in Risk Management Frameworks design and implementation.
• Experience in developing policies, standards, tools, and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define agenda and prepare materials for the Executive Risk Committee.
• Support clearance of Audit & Risk Committee papers by Executive Management.
• Develop and own the annual ICARA plan with clarity on dependencies.
