Responsibilities
- Input all purchase and sales ledger invoices.
- Manage SAP business partners and reconciliations.
- Prepare weekly payment runs and manage payment wizards.
- Process payments and receipts as needed.
- Conduct bank and petty cash reconciliations.
- Perform credit control duties and journal postings.
- Handle customer/supplier requests.

- Input all purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices
- Management of SAP business partners, keeping them update to date and reconciled
- Preparation of weekly payment run and payment wizard management
- Processing Payments / Receipts
- Bank and petty cash reconciliations
- Credit Control
- Journal Postings
- Dealing with Customer / Supplier requests, and collaboration with customer services on ad hoc finance queries
- Management of open PO and GRPO, working with account managers across the business, chasing timely receipting and delivery of invoices
- Maintain / facilitate other ad hoc finance queries
- Demonstrable experience within all transactional functions (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control)
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data management
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced FMCG environment
