About the role

The Digital Support Apprentice, reporting to the Support Team Manager, helps the business operate efficiently and stay compliant with Financial Conduct Authority regulations.

Responsibilities
  • First responder for incoming calls. You will gather information, triage requests and update clients where necessary
  • Manage and re-allocate information received into centralised mailboxes using Microsoft Outlook. You will also be responsible for bulk mailings to clients
  • Become an intelligent Office superuser for the business. This is our internal CRM system which is used to manage customer data, tasks & workloads, and income & fee management. Add data as requested by the Finance manager.
  • Using Adobe Docusign, gather signatures for clients and process documents accordingly
  • Completing Lead & Attrition Trackers from information received by email, phone or letter and keep information updated on Microsoft Excel (shared on Onedrive)
  • Processing Letters of Authority (LOAs) and follow up as required
  • Always act in accordance with FCA Regulations

Salary: £18,500 per annum

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
