TRG Screen is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect. Solutions Architects tailor technology solutions to meet desired customer outcomes & specific industry requirements considering scalability, security, interoperability, compliance and user experience. This is the baseline for a smooth customer experience related to outcomes and value realisation.

We are looking for someone to respectfully challenge the status quo who can radically improve our ability to deliver at scale as our business grows. They will assess, challenge and adapt processes and leverage new technologies to streamline and drive scale.

The Solutions Architect will be a senior member of the project team responsible for ensuring that the technical design of the implementation meets the customer’s business needs and interpreting these into a successful technical implementation. The architect will liaise with Business Analysts, other technical specialists and team members to map and load data, configure the system and integrate interfaces. The role will have a strong focus on developing and driving scale and repeatability with success metrics associated with these.

This Solutions Architect will be a point of escalation for technical decisions relating to customer solutions and analysis of their impact on the overall business goals and outcomes for our customers. The end goal is to produce a blueprint of an end‑to‑end solution leveraging TRG Screen software and service products in the context of the customer IT architecture to develop an integrated and effective workflow between all hand‑off points, also considering the possibility of multiple TRG products being implemented at the same time or over time.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to design scalable, secure and user‑focused technology solutions that align with customer business outcomes and industry requirements. This role is key to ensuring a smooth customer experience and driving value realisation.

This role will lead technical solution decisions ensuring alignment with both customer IT architecture and TRG’s product suite. A strong focus will be placed on scalability, repeatability and overall implementation efficiency especially when multiple TRG products are deployed simultaneously or sequentially.

• Collaborate with other specialists to design scalable and repeatable processes leveraging new technology such as automation and AI.
• Support Pre‑Sales / Solutions Engineer in technical conversations during the Sales Process with the prospective customer or existing customer looking to add additional products. Understand customer IT and tech environment opportunities and challenges.
• Ensuring comprehensive technical requirement documentation and analysis linked to business workflow documentation (in line with the Business Analyst where relevant).
• Design and test technical architecture between customer and TRG.
• Connect with TRG SMEs to identify technical or process limitations.
• Interface with TRG Product team to identify workarounds and feedback on technical and use‑case themes in the market.
• Handover blueprint of customer‑specific implementation tech flow to Implementation Specialist and support as needed on non‑standard scenarios.
• Supporting Project Manager activities by proactively highlighting resources risk and requirements associated with the solution goal.
• Provide coaching / training and mentorship of best industry practice.
• Work with prospect or customer to identify policies / governance directly impacting implementation of TRG systems and workflows (e.g. Procurement or Vendor Risk policies).
• Be in absolute lockstep with Pre‑Sales / Solutions Engineers to align technical solutions with client needs ensuring a seamless transition from pre‑sales discussions to implementation.

• 5 years in solution architecture, technical consulting or enterprise software implementation
• 3 years working with enterprise customers on complex technical integrations
• Proven track record designing scalable solutions within existing IT infrastructures
• Experience with data migration and market data solution preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• Professional curiosity
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers in support of desired outcomes
• Ability to find creative solutions within existing IT structures
• Understanding and experience working with REST APIs
• PowerShell & SQL (Proficient)
• Previous professional experience in project and/or product management including managing/leading teams is a plus
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, software architecture design, data and data structures with exposure to data transformation or related fields
• Preferred : Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, software engineering or equivalent
• Data Migration experience; exposure to working with market data providers / market data solutions
