A well-established infant school in Guildford is looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their close-knit team. This role involves 18 hours a week during term time and offers responsibilities such as administrative support and engagement with school operations. Candidates should have excellent office management skills and a passion for working with children. The position is full-time during school terms and includes a starting salary of approximately £10,990 pro-rata.

We are looking or an enthusiastic Office Administrator needed for our infant school. The Headteacher is seeking to appoint a responsible and detail‑oriented Office Administrator to build on the established successes of our school.
St Nicolas C of E Infant School is situated on the edge of Guildford town and is a thriving and happy school. We have 3 classes and a total of 90 children reception to year 2. An understanding of the nature of small schools and a passion for infant learning are essential as well as the ability to find joy in the role.
Our children are keen learners with excellent behaviour; our staff team is close-knit and dedicated and our governors are supportive. Visits to the school are strongly recommended. Please call the office to arrange an appointment.
