Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating proposals, and securing new business.
  • Source and qualify leads through outreach methods such as cold calling, cold emailing, and using social networks such as LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously learning about our product, internal processes, and industry.
  • Contribute ideas, feedback, and support to your peers.
  • Develop new business and manage the full sales cycle dealing with companies from 500‑1000 employees.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Experience in B2B sales (SaaS experience is a plus).
  • A passion for business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Business Development, Sales Development, or Recruitment experience (1‑5 years).
